Before their big wedding day (at Preston Peak Winery), I spent an afternoon with Tyrone + Colleen running around their hometown for a Toowoomba Engagement shoot.
These two were a bit anxious about being in front of the camera (as everyone is) until I told them to take off their shoes and run at the pigeons in Queens Park! That certainly set the mood.
Together we explored the vibrant street art and espresso scene down the alleyways of Toowoomba CBD. The popular Ground Up Espresso Bar is a must-visit for any coffee aficionados.
We also visited the Empire Theatre with its classic art deco frontage that feels like a Hollywood boulevard.
If you’re wondering where the incredible mountain view lookout is, it’s in a suburb called Prince Henry Heights, along a windy one way road between Katoomba Point Lookout and Lovers Lookout. The view is from the top of the range that you climb as you arrive in Toowoomba, looking back towards the Lockyer Valley, Ipswich and Brisbane.
I love the photos we got for Tyrone + Colleen for their Toowoomba Engagement, but their Toowoomba wedding was even better! Stay tuned for the rest of their story.
